Located right at the gondola station, Hirsch & Maus is easily accessible for everyone. Even without skis, you can reach us comfortably – pedestrians are warmly welcome.

Our kitchen thrives on quality ingredients – and the people behind them. We work with carefully selected suppliers and partners who share our values: quality, reliability, and a strong connection to the region. Many of our products come from the local area. Short transport routes, honest craftsmanship, and respectful handling of food are a matter of course for us.

Pinzgau organic beef
The barn, newly built in 2004, provides our animals with high comfort through species-appropriate housing and feeding. Our young cattle are slaughtered stress-free at around 450 kg live weight, and the meat is processed into our beef specialties.

We strive to treat our environment with care. Avoiding over-fertilization or overuse of the fields, maintaining the alpine pastures, and using resources sparingly are important to us.
